Dr. Kris Nadarajah is a chiropractor with a rehabilitation-focused approach to helping patients move better, recover from injuries, and stay active. He works with a wide range of patients, from active adults and athletes to professionals dealing with the effects of prolonged sitting, repetitive strain, or persistent aches and pains.
His approach combines chiropractic care with soft tissue therapy, mobility work, stretching, and individualized exercise rehabilitation. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Kris focuses on understanding what is contributing to each patient’s symptoms and developing a practical treatment plan based on their goals.
Kris completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lewis University.
At ADAPT Chiropractic & Rehab, his goal is to provide straightforward, evidence-informed care that helps patients improve function, build confidence in movement, and get back to the activities that matter to them.
